Not to barge in, and I would be the first to agree that this generation, overall, has a lot of recycled content and ‘remasters of remasters’, but..
First, Breath of the Wild obviously isn’t a “recycled last gen game” because it was released simultaneously on two platforms as a multiplat with the newer platform being pushed as the leading release, making it more of a Switch game than a WiiU game. Second, Splatoon 1 isn’t on Switch. Now I know what your answer to this will be, but please, one could list a billion games in that case.
