Cool that you're trying to start your own channel. It's a difficult thing to get noticed. A little constructive criticism. Try writing out a script first that says exactly what you want it to say. You don't want to necessarily be reading straight from the script, but having it to look to will make you sound more confident, and will help cut down on the "ummms" and some repetitive phrasing.
