The only things not raytraced are her teeth, which would require a bit more time (and shall make this picture 'pop even more once finished).

That Topshirt + glow stick necklace = awesome.
Eyes + hair, even the smile are on point.

If anything Id say the only thing there is the teeth seem abit plastic, too perfect, and abit flat?.
Apart from that the character model is basically perfect.
