Meh. We know that Remedy started working on Alan Wake 2 but decided to cancel it because it didn't worked or something like that, and Microsoft said that they would love it, but it was in the hands of Remedy.

So, the fact that Remedy now also owns the publishing rights, as well as the IP, doesn't really mean anything.
