I make no unwarranted accusations. Harping on about double standards without care of cause & effect is nonsensical. Its like saying a business that only employees disabled people is discrimination and should be treated the same as a business which only employs white people. Disregarding gender, race etc in these discussions is frankly daft. Sorry if my tone rubs you the wrong way, I just have no patients to continually explain how the weight of actions are informed by social surroundings and context. Not on here anyway where people immediately run into "well if a man said this...", well if Woman were constantly sexually harrasing and hounding men we could maybe make a valid comparison. Have a nice day, I'm lovely in person.

No one is "disregarding gender"; instead, I am saying that we should hold people to the same ethical standard without respect to gender. Specifically in this case, that it is wrong to disparage all men as trash, just as it is wrong to say that all women are trash. Wrong to say these things if you're a man, wrong to say them if you're a woman. Even if you believe that the "weight" of these actions differs due to historical context, or whatever, it does your cause no good to permit (or encourage) double standards of behavior; attacks against men help to create or deepen misogyny, and generally promote viewing people through the lens of what divides us rather than what brings us together. It's no accident that leftist identity politics and the alt-right are growing together, rising together. They breed one another.

Your "tone" is a separate problem, and maybe you see it as a lesser one, but it is also a sincere problem -- and unlike how society treats gender, etc., it's actually something that you might have a direct hand in addressing.

I'm also curious on why someone should allow a company that hires only disabled people to have more lenience on bad behavior, lack of ethics, etc.
