Sony, obviously. The way that they handed it to Sega, and Nintendo for dropping their original deal with Sony, was basically the same way they handed it to MS this gen. Nintendo was still a great handheld maker, so they recovered. Sega, on the other hand, had been making poor decisions for years, which bit them in the ass and they never fully recovered, doomed to become a 3rd party dev.
