I'm a little confused, you say it shouldn't be an AAA because it wouldn't sell much, but then you say it have potential to be a Mario Killer.

I was wanting an AAA Battletoads. I didn't say Altered Beast was AAA (but certainly seemed a bigger project than this BattleToads, and closer to the top games of the time it released), but that I liked it while this idea for BattleToads I don't like much.

I don't know exactly what you're confused about. I don't think Battletoads is as popular as you think, I guess that's what I'm saying.

Hey, I would love some sort of AAA stab at Battletoads, but it wouldn't be anything like the classic games if you were gonna go that route. Like I said, it would probably be more like God of War, DmC, etc. What we're actually getting is pretty much what I expected, although I'm always disappointed with this modern cartoon style.

I'm saying a AAA Battletoads makes as much or less sense than many old IPs getting the AAA treatment. I want many old IPs to become mega budget modern games, its just not gonna happen.

Double Dragon never got the AAA treatment. But I loved Double Dragon Advance and Double Dragon Neo, some of the greatest games in the genre. With that said, I will reserve judgment on this new Battletoads until I actually play it.

Then why did you talk about a Mario killer?
