Haven't bought a physical game since Metroid on the 3DS and that was only because my SD card was full. Before that, maybe Rise of the Tomb Raider on Xbox One.
Every physical game that I own for PS4 and Xbox One I went back and bought digitally. Every BC game that I want to play on Xbox One, I purchased digitally. It's just so convenient.
Oh yeah, I also bought BotW physically with my Switch just to have something in the card slot.
