If it is true 3-D I won't mention the FF series since those used pre rendered back grounds for the most part. Here it goes:

1. Mario 64- The first game that got 3-D right, has also aged incredibly well. Odyssey is the news platforming king and it plays mostly by the same rules Mario 64 established more than two decades ago. The colorful blocky graphics are passable still.

2.Ocarina of Time- Perhaps the first 3-D action RPG with a functional but largely scripted open world (I know it was segmented but in 1998 it was as open as anything you ever played on console) the fact is that until BotW Zelda has pretty much played by the rules established in OoT. The game is still fun to play today and apart from Twilight Princess feels like the most complete 3-D Zelda experience.

3.Majora's Mask- might have actually aged better than OoT because of its Unique time travel mechanic. Played the 3DS version recently and I can safely say that it is still a ton of fun.

4.Star Fox 64- it remains the benchmark of the series and plays and looks fantastic to this day. Remembering all of these titles really sinks in Nintendo's and mostly Miyamoto's genius.

5.Tekken 3- it remains a fun accessible fighter, some would argue that the series never got much better than that entry.

6. Xenogears- it's inclusion is troubling I know as the characters are sprites....and yet everything else in rendered in 3-D and the game remains a gem.

7.Banjo/DK- As Mario 64 clones that look better they have aged well.
