On consoles, I am around 70% digital. I prefer having all the games that I like on physical form, I love collecting them. The digital games that I own, are mostly deals on games that I wasn't gonna go out of my way to get but seemed a bit interesting.
On PC it's a different story, 100% digital. There is no reason to get anything physical since you get a code almost always anyways.
