Dragon Ball fans, here is something for you today. emudshit has released a brand new demo for his Dragon Ball game in Unreal Engine 4, Dragon Ball Unreal, that is currently available for download.
Now as you will immediately notice, this project is still in a early stage. Some animations are not refined and the movement still needs a lot of work. Dragon Ball Unreal has been under development for a long time and, to be honest, I don’t expect to ever see a polished version of it. Still, and for being a game that is created by a single person, it looks absolutely amazing.

Doom Remake 4 shuts down due to cease and desist from Zenimax

Back in January 2019, we informed you about a new mod for the first Doom game that aimed to overhaul its visuals. Created by modder ‘vasyan777’, Doom Remake 4 brought with it High Resolution textures with PBR materials, 3D models of every object and enemy, New HUD, Brutal mods with plenty of blood and gibsmore lights, support for the Vulkan API and more. However, it appears that this mod is no longer under active development.
A few days ago, Zenimax sent vasyan777 a Cease and Desist letter, stating that the current use of the Doom IP on the Doom Remake 4 website and social media pages is without Zenimax’s authorization and is infringing. As such, the modder had to take immediate steps to remove all uses of ZeniMax Media Inc intellectual property, including DOOM copyrights, trademarks, characters, artwork, images, and logos and desist from any further use.

inXile Entertainment and Deep Silver have announced that Wasteland 3 will be arriving in Spring 2020 on Windows, Mac, and Linux. The legendary series, which pioneered the post-apocalypse genre in video games, aims to return players to the role of Desert Rangers, lawmen in a post-nuclear world working to rebuild civilization from the ashes.

DOOM Eternal will support Ray Tracing

During Giant Bomb’s latest videocast, id Software’s Marty Stratton confirmed that DOOM Eternal will support Ray Tracing. Now this caught us off guard as both NVIDIA and id Software have not announced anything yet about DOOM Eternal.

Microsoft and The Coalition have shared a new video, showing 11 minutes of gameplay footage from Gears 5’s Escape mode. As the teams have noted, this video features gameplay with just 4/8 mutators enabled including the dreaded Aggressive Venom.

E3 2019 public and closed gameplay demos for Cyberpunk 2077 were running on the PC

As we’ve already reported, CD Projekt RED had a public and a closed demo for Cyberpunk 2077 at E3 2019. However, it appears that some publications have mistakenly assumed that these demos were running on consoles instead of the PC.
As CD Projekt RED’s Marcin Momot confirmed, Cyberpunk 2077 was showcased on the PC in E3 2019.
