Maxis didnt develop this game, infact, this isnt in the sims franchise. This is a different game just like Mysims since even the residents are mysims counterparts. EA should call this game Mysims City creator and advertised it as a part of Mysims and also advertised it for kids and teenagers.

 

 

 

or they could just call it Sim City Creator and market it as a Sim City game.  It is very much a part of the Sim City franchise and is a faithful sequel to Classic Sim City franchise
