It's not impossible. But they don't even have a name, what they showed today screams early development to me. I'd expect it holiday 2021. Even if they do announce it for Holiday 2020 I expect them to delay it.

Whether it's 2020 or 2021, I'm assuming the next game from the 3D Mario team will take the spot for the year that BotW2 doesn't occupy.  So we're happy either way.
