I have occasionally thought about beginning a year long thread that begins each New Year thats a Dead Pool. Not the Super Hero. It's kind of morbid but at the beginning of each year we would all put in a list of 10 people that we think won't make it to the end of the year. I'm talking celebrities, actors, politicians, musicians, big youtubers, anybody famous. The old and ill would be worth the least amount of points. The below 30 years old would be worth the most. 30-60 age group mid range points and so on and so forth. All entries would need to be submitted on day 1, lists could be pre-made for people that wouldn't be logged in on that day. At the end of the year we tally the points. Will the end be suicide, accident, illness, suspect, freak, overdose, etcetera? Which user would be crowned the Grim Reaper Champ at the end of the year? Will they successfully defend the title the following year?
As I mentioned earlier it is a bit morbid so I haven't followed through, but if anyone should choose to run with this go for it. Our VG money could also be used in this for the jackpot at the end of the year. It could possibly pay out a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.
