then shouldn't lesbians be also banned from women's restrooms?

Nope. A person of your own sex taking an unwanted look at your parts may be a weird and possibly uncomfortable moment, but it's not the same as an unwanted look from the opposite sex.

When you are in a public restroom and stand at an urinal as a man and another man next to you takes a short look at what you have, it's not even something where you would conclude that he has to be gay. (Sidenote: I haven't come across any stories that gay men shouldn't be allowed in men's restrooms.) But if a woman walked into the room and checked the men at the urinals, it would be a very different situation. For added effect, imagine that this hypothetical woman is unattractive.

Now you appropriately reverse the situation for the women's restroom and it should be easy to tell why lesbians aren't a problem while men are.

Ok maybe you're right, maybe you're less concerned with voyeurs of your own sex but by that logic trans women should go to the women's restroom because you know they look more like a women than a men.

btw I once heard that one of the most used urinal designs was made by a french artist, he made the little barriers between the urinals exactly so high that he could still see the other men's penis.
