https://www.pcgamer.com/hearthstones-reckless-experimenter-is-getting-nerfed-because-of-sn1p-sn4p/
Hearthstone's Rise of the Mech event will, among other things, see the addition of an all-new neutral legendary mech named SN1P-SN4P, which I think we've all agreed we're going to call Snip-Snap because that's a just a whole lot simpler. But within minutes of the card being announce, players noticed a problem. Today, community manager Christ Attalus explained on Reddit, that Blizzard had missed the fact that Snip-Snap and the Priest card Reckless Experimenter could be put together in a way that created an early-game infinite damage combo.

https://www.pcgamer.com/world-health-organization-will-make-final-decision-on-gaming-disorder-this-weekend/
The World Health Organization proposed that "Gaming Disorder" be classified as an addictive behavior in December 2017, then nailed the definition down—complete with separate online and offline categories—in June 2018. This weekend, as reported by Variety, the WHO will make its final decision on whether to classify gaming addiction as a disorder at the 72nd World Health Assembly, which is currently underway.
Update: The World Health Organization (WHO) has officially recognized "Gaming Disorder" as a disease. In response, industry representatives from around the world immediately called on the WHO to rethink its decision, saying it was "not based on sufficiently robust evidence".

Another of Suda51's oddball games is coming to PC.

In Travis Strikes Again, released on Switch in January, Travis travels through a variety of other videogames defeating bugs inside them. You did read that right, yes.

Multiplayer deception game Project Winter leaves Early Access, adds new maps and weapons
https://www.pcgamer.com/multiplayer-deception-game-project-winter-leaves-early-access-adds-new-maps-and-weapons/
For six of the eight players in a Project Winter team, the goal is surviving a chilly wilderness long enough to escape. For the other two, the goal is deception: it's about blending into the team and then, when the moment presents itself, betraying your allies, stopping them from escaping. It's a fascinating concept, and this week it finished its three-month Early Access stint with a 1.0 update that added new weapons and maps.

Hack-and-slasher Mirador, which launched a Kickstarter campaign this week, follows a tried and tested approach to loot, but the bosses you face during dungeon runs are far less conventional. Each one is created and customized by players using an in-game editor that lets you change both their appearance and AI, and your bosses will fight against players while you're offline, earning you loot.

Rémi Racine, CEO and executive producer at Behaviour Interactive, creators of games like Dead by Daylight, recently published a blog post with the title "Why I Abolished Crunch Time and Never Looked Back". In it he explains the 10-year journey that changed Behaviour from a company where "dishevelled employees groggy from another all-nighter" were a common sight to one where "crunch time is but a vague memory, where employees can always pick up their kids at school or daycare."
