But someone already answered, you don't start fighting at parlays. She'd also risk being burned by the dragon on the spot. And she seemed confident they can handle one more dragon anyway and win the war.
You could also make a case that being known as a Queen who attacks the enemy in parlay might upset other rules from Westeros and cause issues to her if there would be another conflict.
There are some actual goofy stuff in the show. Why are you doing this to yourself? I bet you used to like GoT. I'm not buying this sudden 180 degree turn. It's out of character.
