So everyone here that says he should just stop logging don't give a shit about being in control of their personal data. To ask someone to go back and edit all their posts to nothing is overbearing to the user. A simple delete profile isn't asking for much. I'm going to look into EU online rights law more even though I'm not even European because frankly this seems to be in violation.

How would you like it if Facebook or any other shit social media site said nope sorry can't delete your posts, pics or profile?

...and your goal is what, exactly? To attempt to get VGChartz fined or shutdown (because you realize, any fine Brett would have to payout would likely be the end of the website). We're not Facebook, that should be plainly obvious.

Also, in case you are new to the internet, you should understand that anything you post (whether here, or Facebook, or Twitter, or anywhere) is permanent, no matter how much "scrubbing" is done. That's why people are able to dig up old Twitter or Facebook posts, even long after those posts and profiles have been deleted.

So please - allow me to be the first one to introduce to you how the internet works: If you upload a picture or post something to a forum (any forum), your data is permanently etched in the land of www, forever. That's why I always tell my kids to be careful what you say or do on the internet, because those posts will follow you around for the rest of your life - and my kids fully understand this concept, for the record...

Okay then find my old facebook profile.  Seth Martin and went to Pickerington High School in Ohio and Texas Tech University.
