I don't see them taking away from too many current PC or console gamers. It is not like a Steam user will just all of sudden be like you know what screw having the files on my computer I want to stream the damn game! I can see it use for people with low end PCs but I don't see cloud streaming services going anywhere anytime soon. I believe Nintendo would benefit most with limited AAA 3rd party games streamed in Japan like they did with a few games already since their hardware is the most limited spec wise.
