When did you first notice that grafix had diminishing returns?

The gap from Uncharted 1 to Uncharted 3 is larger than any equivalent gap on PS4. 

By this point in PS3's lifespan even non-crossgen launch titles like Resistance 1 looked almost a generation behind; nothing on PS4 now makes Killzone Shadowfall look a generation out of date, not even remotely.

It's not that PS4 hasn't gotten better graphically over time, it has, and its newer games do look noticeably better than Shadowfall, but if PS3's progress within its life was a 10 PS4 would be like a 3 or 4.

I disagree about uncharted 1 to 3 being the biggest gap then any Equivalent on PS4. To me seeing battlefront with that Big of a leap in graphics compared to any other game on ps4 at the time and 60fps was a bigger gap then uncharted 1 to 3.

You got me on Resistance that was a very unimpressive looking game on ps3, The least impressive ps3 exclusive by far,It makes since, PS3 was alien hardware, and probably a rushed game for launch.

A 3-4 is way too low. it's more like a 8. So many impressive looking games at 60fps blows my mind. So many times i have been blown away by how games keep looking better, and progressing like order 1886, GOW, Batllefront, Horizon, Resident evil 6, DMC 5, Red dead 2, Last of us 2 and Spiderman, Honestly never thought those would be possible on PS4.
