Steam has over one billion accounts

Steam quietly welcomed its billionth registered account in April. Steam ID Finder shows that they joined on April 28, netting themselves a Steam ID with a lot of zeroes, but no parade. Valve hasn't marked the occasion, probably because the number doesn't mean quite as much as concurrent or monthly active users. Both of them are still pretty high, too.

Microsoft has announced that the Anniversary Update for Sea of Thieves is now available for download. According to the publisher, this update introduces a variety of new game modes, requested gameplay features and enhancements that reshape the ways players enjoyed the game.

QLOC has released the second major patch for the PC version of Mortal Kombat 11. According to the release notes, this patch integrates launch day gameplay server-side data, makes move list and frame data corrections, and makes some adjustments to online match-making and to AI.
UPDATE: The 60fps mod has been updated and is now compatible with the game’s latest version. You can download the new version from here.
