Wording is kinda weird, but I kinda agree that this is what it likely means. This year it has increased 700k.
"The average annual increase in paid subscribers has exceeded 40% since the service was launched and the number of users has increased around the same amount every year, reaching approximately 700,000 today. "
SONY needs to clarify imo.
Either way, I don't support either service. I don't even sub to Live anymore.
