I've been saying 16m as my prediction for 2019 for a year or longer.
It doesnt seem unreasonable to me, and I bet they still manage 13m+ in 2020.
If it does another 10-15m after the PS5 launches (would have to be from low priced units) it could end up 135m-140m.
PS4 is gonna be the next best selling home console, behinde the PS2 by the end of its life.
