Honestly for a fan made, voted on list, their taste in games is excellent. I've played 95% of the games on that list, and all of them deserve at least an 8/10.

Yes. It's only a 20 hour game, but it is a hell of a roller coaster ride. The story, music, pacing, and gameplay are all top notch. Every character in the Story is brimming with personality. The music is on par with Super Mario Galaxy. The pacing is done so well, that I can't help but recommend this game even to people that say they hate RPGS. So far everyone I've recommended this game to has come back and said that they loved it. Even the ones that normally don't care for turn based battles.
