So just to clarify, this isn’t an upgrade, this is a standalone game that is basically an enhanced version of Persona 5, much like Persona 4 Golden compared to the original Persona 4.
Anyone playing P5 right now, this game isn’t coming out till next year in the west, so you got plenty of time to beat the original, digest it, then play this one if you wanna experience the new content.
Also, April 25th is when they will show off Persona 5 S, which as of now we don’t know what it is yet, whether it be a Switch version or a brand new spinoff.
