With all honesty there are many gamers who won’t change their preferred console no matter what. With that being the case each creator has loyal fans who’ll never go over to a competitor. That is unless their chosen platform stumbles when it comes to what the consumer is there for in the first place: GAMES! PS4 delivered on games tenfold!
XBOX One is a great console but Sony outplayed Microsoft when it came to games that can only be played exclusively on each machine. And not only games that the players find to be great, the games are also heralded by media as well. I know players who bought PS4 for God Of War based off the reviews alone. Gamers who’d disliked the previous iterations of the game but couldn’t pass up the story. Really, only Nintendo ever benefits from being “different”. If Ninty has tried what MS tried to do with Kinect it would’ve been a *in Borat voice* great success! 👍🏾
