What makes it unpleasant?

The usual stuff, I guess. I barely remember. Often there's been salespersons trying to push me to buy things I didn't want, selling used games as new, or insanely long lines held up even longer by someone trading in some used stuff.

I used to have an insane number of reward points. I even got a free full priced game once. Then one day I went there and all of my points were gone and nobody could tell me what happened. Another time, my daughter got me a gift card that didn't work. Nobody could tell me why. Lastly, my switch to full digital sealed the deal.
