He didn't specifically say out loud that he'd made a deal. Randy is really bad at hiding what he's wanting to do. He's been like this for years now.
If you'd read his tweets from a few months ago, you'd see this.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
