I've been playing games more or less since late 80s. And I'd say games today are better than ever & more enjoyable to play. Some games like Red Dead Redempion 2, The Witcher 3 and Sea of Thieves are more than just games for me, they are amazing experiences. Sure I have some fond memories of playing games as a kid. Playing Alone in the Dark for the first time for example.. it was so freaking scary. But I also can't forget all the problems and frustrating crap those old games had.
Got to mention Red Dead Redemption 2... holy balls. When I was a kid I could not even imagine one day there'd be a game like this.
