Not entirely true either, it's 20% for really big games like Borderlands. Possibly even lower. Steam said their games work in multiple tiers, so really big games increasingly go down. Whether that's just down one level or multiple we don't know iirc.

I know its 20%. im specifically talking about games using UE4, so I added the 5% fee for that.
