A very wise man in the gaming industry once said, in response to a game being delayed:

"A game is only late until it's released, but it's bad forever. I would rather be late"

I believe it goes: "A delayed game is eventually good.  A bad game is bad forever."

 

 

Diferent guy, equally infuentail in gaming. My quote came from John Carmack (inventor of the FPS). 

Anyway, two of the biggest names in video game history say the same thing, so it's got to be right :)
