I was planning on going console with this one, but if performance is bad then Steam is fine too (where I played DS3).

Its like 35-45 on Xbox One X, and slightly higher on the PS4pro (abit more stable and higher fps).
Xbox One X has slightly better shadow quality.

DF said that 120hz mode that xbox one x, supports can make it feel as smooth as the PS4pro though.
