Not if many 2020 releases get delayed to 2021 and so on.

@OP

I predict STEAM will make a permanent reduction to their cut to 20% no matter how well a game sells. This should help safe guard indies and small devs who need every bit they can get. Epic will target them as well. In the end they may be forced to cut it to 15 or 10%.

The pc market is getting super fragmented now. The only winners here are those who don't care about buying their games from different sources.

They won’t since all of them are confirmed for a year after release from EGS release date and its impossible for Epic to money hat all publishers like Activision’s Sekiro for an example

i also disagree  in the pc market getting fragmented, it’s gonna end up becoming bigger for all platforms imo especially with more Sony and MS games coming to the pc space (and more Japanese games coming as well)

It is getting fragmented though. If you are someone who refuses to embrace all sections you are missing out. Many consumers won't care and will benefit though.

I know they won't pay for exclusivity off everybody but my point is they might do a similar effort in 2020 as they did in 2019.
