PS4

2014-285k

2015-342k

2016-405k

2017-398k

2018-363k

2019-286k

Switch did better than 2014, 2015 & 2019, below 2016 & 2017 and about tied with 2018. There really is nothing low about its performance, it had a really good month.

I didn't say it was low.

All I said is that it was lower than the other console's better months, and lower than my predictions. Thus, it underperformed to my expectations. Just because it was #1 and sold quite well, doesn't mean it performs to my expectations.

Lets compare to Jan.

PS4

2014- 271k

2015- 189k

2016- 227k

2017- ~227k

2018- 254k

2019- 195k

Switch

2018- 270k

2019-  284k

Switch January's >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> PS4 January's.

Switch Feb? unfortunately not.

Well ya you kinda did.

Comparing Jan 2018 to other years without taking into account it had an extra week doesnt seen right to me.

But yes historically PS consoles have a higher Jan to Feb boost compared to Nintendo. This was true last year as well when Switch outsold PS4 in January but was outsold in Feb.
