I am still not convinced by a stream only device.
All I have tried out for gaming over a stream was using Steam Link on my 4k tv where my PC was the server.
My TV has only a 100mbit/s connection where the rest is 1gbit/s in my network.

I was streaming a 4k image and the quality of that image was really bad. A lot of compression artefacts and thus a loss in detail and image quality.
I don't know how they want to go that route with less bandwidth available on customers side.

Also, 4k 60hz 4:4:4 chroma 8 bit uncompressed uses around 16gbit/s (not checked the actual number). Now compress it down to like 20 / 50 / 100 mbit/s and you know what I am talking about.
