Also, most apps aren't aiming to be meaningful/ full fledge experiences like your usual console/PC games. Though a nice thing, I hope they won't make it their "ace" as for marketing strategy.

Sure but it also has some retro games and some games people love.  With google play store they have hundred millions accounts and tens of millions of people who invested in them.  It is maybe not for us but it doesn't hurt to have them.
