yeah..... Brazil is a serious contender. for number 01 spot ...
We may not be in any kind of "official war"... but the urban violence numbers here are astonishing high. Drug cartels/gangs are huge here. Poverty is everywhere.
Brazil is not at the brisk of any war against any other country, but I always have the feeling that the urban violence situation here is always on the verge of chaos.
