A little over a month ago, the Sims 4 Anniversary Sale dropped prices on the base game and various expansion packs. If you were hoping other EA titles might go on sale, you're in luck. Origin's EA Publisher Sale is live, and includes discounts on most of the company's recent games.

Get Overgrowth, Tangledeep, Dream Daddy, and more in the new Humble Bundle
https://www.pcgamer.com/get-overgrowth-tangledeep-dream-daddy-and-more-in-the-new-humble-bundle/
The very first Humble Bundle, put together back before anyone realized that it was going to become this whole big thing, was in fact called the Humble Indie Bundle: A pay-what-you-want package of World of Goo, Aquaria, Gish, Lugaru, and Penumbra Overture. That's a sweet deal by any measure, and it's also an interesting bit of triviai right now because today brings us an all-new Humble Indie Bundle—the 20th—with seven games and four soundtracks up for grabs.
For any price you care to pay, you'll get The First Tree, Tangledeep, and Among the Sleep Enhanced Edition, which is a great entry point: I'm not familiar with The First Tree but Tangledeep and Among the Sleep are both excellent and worth a hell of a lot more than a buck all on their own.

GOG's Midweek sale, Better with friends, with games that contain some sort of multiplayer, brings up to 80% discounts for the next 3 days: https://www.gog.com/promo/20190306_midweek_sale

At Steam, we have 2 daily deals and the Midweek Madness deals:

https://www.dsogaming.com/news/brutal-doom-v21-release-candidate-8-available-for-download-packs-further-gore-improvements/
Modder ‘Sergeant_Mark_IV’ has released the final build of the Brutal Doom V21 mod for id Software’s classic shooter. According to the modder, Release Candidate 8 basically means that the V21 version is complete and no new features will be added to it.
In case you weren’t aware of, Brutal Doom adds realistic gore, dismemberments, headshots, executions, lightning effects, particles, makes enemies smarter and harder, makes gun louder and beefier, and adds epic new boss battles. This mod basically inspired Bethesda to include the finisher moves in its Doom 2016 game, and is easily one of the best mods for the classic Doom games.
Brutal Doom V21 Release Candidate 8 features much smoother dirt particles when shooting the floor, further gore improvements, more efficient punching, shows proper ammo indicator for the Grenade Launcher and more.
>> You can get it from ModDB.

It appears that it has been a confusion lately as to what engine the latest Mortal Kombat game, Mortal Kombat 11, uses. While we knew that the game was based on a custom Unreal Engine 3 version, some people thought that the game would be using Unreal Engine 4. As such, NetherRealm Studios Programming Lead Jon Greenberg has shed some light on what exactly is going on here.

LEFT ALIVE looks like a PS3/Xbox 360 game, performs horribly, has Very Negative reviews on Steam
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/left-alive-looks-like-a-ps3-xbox-360-game-performs-horribly-has-very-negative-reviews-on-steam/
LEFT ALIVE sounded promising when Square Enix revealed it back in 2017. Developed by Toshifumi Nabeshima (Armored Core), Yoji Shinkawa (Metal Gear Solid) and Takayuki Yanase (Ghost in the Shell), LEFT ALIVE appeared – at least on paper – really interesting. However, the game has just been released on the PC and things are not looking good.
