I tried Crackdown 3. That title is apparently GPU limited whereas FH4 is limited by the CPU. The GPU is utilized 100% yet still cooler than when used by FH4. The CPU is used less yet still reaches the same temperature as the laptop lets the fan run a lot slower. I guess it likes the cpu in the 85c to 95c range. Crackdown 3 runs on ultra settings (except car textures which it set to low, limited by the 6GB video ram I guess) with 76 fps during gameplay. (It's v-synched, should be 72, odd reporting) and 144 fps during cut scenes.

As a 1080p laptop, the 1060 is more than capable. I'm guessing as time goes on the gpu will become the limiting factor for fps giving the cpu less work, and less heat. Windows apps are weird though. FH4 paused in the menu, while in the background, still uses the cpu on full tilt.
