Thing with that though is that its just biased nonsense.

Why? Because they are not the same thing. 

If someone says they prefer being able to download all the games on the service as opposed to stream them then thats another matter. And thats an arument about local play vs streaming.

But as it stands, one service offers only game downloads and is promising to soon start offering game streaming. The other service offers primarily game streaming and is offering to fully support (cause they partially already do) game downloads.

So why would anyone even feel the need to compare the two? Or someone say xcloud that doesn't even exist yet is better than something that does. Makes no sense.
