PSNow and GamePass are different services at the current rate. PSNow is a Streaming service on multiple devices while GamePass is exclusive to the Xbox One from what I know of. However the big difference with the two is that PSNow is a standard Streaming services while GamePass will most likely become a Streaming service that connects to XCloud that would (Should) offer premium Streaming abilities.

Its not exactly rocket science to know PSNow is more popular right now because its available on PC where as GamePass is on the X1. Big market difference.

In the end, GamePass is a library of free games on X1 which will offer brand new games as well as old, while PSNow is a Streaming service of old games for the PC.

GamePass has huge potential because its being built as a service that can be brought to other platforms as a Streaming network and it will be linked to one of the biggest Cloud based networks in the world. Weather Sony counters that with hiring out Amazon or Google's Cloud network remains to be seen, but right now Sony is behind the 8 ball when it comes to Cloud Streaming eco-system. Giakia is very small and limited to high rate of latency etc. It is growing but it has along way to go.

Game Pass is on PC
