Well, if those are true, I doubt XB2 is going to be much more powerful than the PS5, if not at all.

Agreed. Especially since devs are going to want to move on the powerful HW (~12 Tflops), even more so 1-2 years into the gen, MS will be trying to force devs to support a "last gen" box if they want to develop on the XB2.
