Guess I was wrong on the number of bosses, I thought there were 6, there are more.
I took out Quist last night, it was a fun boss fight. He had the typical shield you had to wear down multiple times to deal actual damage to him but I enjoyed how the fight was done in three stages, each with some nice platforming done in between. There are a lot of things this does better than CD1, the platforming is definitely one of them.
