The studio have clearly lost talent at this point. Its clear now, a brain drain took place at BW years ago. There is no way they still have some of the best western RPG makers still employed at the studio.

 The trouble may be that if that talent is there they are now making games like Anthem rather than the rpgs that was their bread and butter and the ones that they made are impacted by  EA  and that doesn't just mean overt influence, just the change of structures going from independent to being part of a large overarching organization  is enough to leave a marked impact , such as the talent that have left no longer  being replaced by people coming up who have spent years  immersed in the Bioware rpg tradition.
