I loved these series from a long time ago. This was my way of dealing with the loss of Shenmue.

For me, there no other game that comes close to building a believable living world the way Shenmue and Yakuza do. Although people praised the wither for its side quests, yakuza has been given the same amount of appreciation. The variety of gameplay elements along with the story and combat mechanics make it one of the best franchise for me. I get it though that not everyone is into the kind of humour yakuza series offers and those looking fur an online experience might not give it a second thought.

the side stories are great and varied. Minigames are of the most diverse and funny.

And yes the game is well knit and make the fabric of that reality quite believable.
