Crackdown 3 Review Thread - MC: 60 OC: 62

Im expecting it avgs at around a 70 or so... But lets see how reviewers see it.

How?

At the same time that 40% score feels to harsh.
I was expecing it to get alot of 60's and 70's and a few 80's.
Im surprised anyone gave it a 9 outta 10 though (that feels too generous).
