It is either this or they'll make all reveal in E3 2020 and launch November...

If they were to show PS5 at a special event near 2019 E3 then they wouldn't leave E3 this year and cancel their PSX.

Or they could do a september 2019 reveal at a september PSX event and release the console 6 months later in march 2020.

No rule that says PSX must be in december or even in one country.
