Is your Pro booting up from a cold boot though like my Xbox One X and PC? Or via a hibernate/stand-by mode? That is what really makes the difference... You can make the Xbox and PC boot instantly if you turn on similar options.

Either way... A console with mechanical disks isn't going to boot faster than a high-end PC with NVMe drives that's for sure. :P
Shit, my laptop with it's NVMe drive boots stupidly fast as well, takes me longer to input my 4-digit password.

Xbox was always set to whatever that mode was, not the instant one, energy saver or something. And yes, well aware of NVMe speeds on PC, literally a few seconds getting into windows.
