 Resolution can impact performance, but it is not a form of it. A still image in 720p and 1440p is performing the same thing: still. Once it is in motion, the motion becomes the performance.

So, no, 1440p and 720p are not forms of performance. They are two different sizes of output.

Get me like this then if a switch version of anthem that would run at 240p and does 60fps would perform best according to OP
