It's even less impactful than that, as EGS is just as available as Steam and you don't have to drive an additional 30miles or sth.
In my opinion it's an unproportional reaction to a minor inconvenience and I have no empathy to spare for the ppl feeding the shitstorm. It's outrage culture.
